Residential Zone - 6m from primary road & 4.5m from secondary road boundaries
Rural Residential Zone - 10m from the primary road boundary
Rural Zone - 25m from any State controlled road or road identified as part of the 'Stock Parts Nerwork Road'. 15m from all other street frontage.

Residential - No more than 50% coverage
Rural Residential - No more than 25% coverage
60m2 & Change of Use?
When the gross area of your granny flat exceeds 60m2, a change of use application is needed to be lodged with the Council.
G.R.C. refers to the build being 'Self Assessable'?
Please be aware that when the council says 'self assessable' means you still have to engage a Private Certifier. The Council will not be involved as long as your build adheres to their setback rules.
