At the Shed House we understand the Sunshine Coast's Council rules and regulations, working closely with trusted local suppliers and trades to bring you a streamlined, stress free building process.
An initial design consultation is completed where we will visit your property to view the site and discuss your plans and ideas. We can provide indicative pricing at this stage.
During the design stage we will link you up with our designer who will work closely with you to achieve a design which will suit the landscape and likewise your needs.
Compliance is an important step in the process. During this stage we work closely with you and a building certifier to gain the required approvals.
Once all the approvals have been completed along with your final plans we coordinate the fabrication of your new steel frame, cladding and windows.
