Our Studios can either be built on site on a slab or floor system. Or we can assemble them on skids and deliver them to you fully constructed. As Maleny locals, we do understand the region very well. That's why we know that most homes built in Maleny will need to be constructed on a suspended floor system. All of our designs can easily be maid to suit a suspended floor build, or we can completely customise a plan to suit you.
We offer three levels of construction - Kit supply, Lock Up builds and Turn Key builds. We have an option to suit the savvy Owner Builder, and for those who wish to have the complete build experience taken care of.
