Noosa Council says our build is 'Self Assessable'?
Please be aware that when the council says 'self assessable' means you still have to engage a Private Certifier. The Council will not be involved as long as your build adheres to their setback rules.
Planning on subdividing after building the granny flat?
A granny flat built in Noosa must be on the same title as the primary residence.
It cannot be subdivided.
